Sell your app

Deliver license keys automatically when a customer pays through Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, SellAuth, or Komerza. No code required.

Payment providers

Connect Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Polar and Atlas listens for their payment events. When a purchase completes, Atlas issues a license, adds the buyer as a customer, and emails them the key.

EventWhat Atlas does
PurchaseIssues one license per unit and emails the keys to the buyer.
Subscription renewalExtends the license by its policy's duration.
Subscription endedLets the license expire at the end of the paid period.
Full refund or chargebackRevokes the licenses from that order.
  1. Open Integrations, select New integration, and choose your provider.
  2. Map each price, product, or variant ID to an Atlas product and policy. Use * to catch anything you haven't mapped.
  3. Copy the webhook URL from the integration page into your provider and subscribe to the events listed there.
  4. Paste the signing secret your provider shows back into Atlas.

Subscriptions

Map subscription prices to a timed or subscription policy so renewals have a duration to extend by. Perpetual licenses are never extended or expired by billing events.

Retries from your provider are safe: they never create extra licenses or send duplicate emails. Partial refunds leave the license active. If an event arrives for something you haven't mapped, Atlas asks the provider to retry, so fixing the mapping recovers the order.

How storefronts work

When someone buys your product on SellAuth or Komerza, the storefront asks Atlas for a key. Atlas issues a license using the policy you chose, the storefront shows the key to the buyer, and the buyer appears as a customer in Atlas. Buying several units delivers one key per unit.

Set it up

  1. Open Integrations and select New integration. Choose SellAuth or Komerza.
  2. Paste your storefront's webhook secret (see below for where to find it).
  3. Map each storefront product to an Atlas product and policy. If a product has variants, map the variant IDs; they take priority.
  4. Copy the delivery URL Atlas shows you.
  5. In your storefront, set the product's delivery to dynamic and paste the URL.

Place a test order to confirm the buyer receives a key.

SellAuth

  1. In SellAuth, go to Storefront → Settings → Miscellaneous and copy the webhook secret.
  2. Paste it when creating the integration in Atlas.
  3. Edit your product or variant, set Delivery type to Dynamic, and paste the Atlas delivery URL.

Komerza

  1. Copy your webhook secret from Komerza and paste it into Atlas.
  2. On your product, enable Dynamic delivery and paste the Atlas delivery URL.

Good to know

  • If the storefront retries an order, the buyer gets the same keys again, never extra licenses.
  • Licenses issued this way appear in Licenses and you manage them like any other.
  • Disabling or deleting an integration stops new deliveries. Licenses already issued keep working.
  • Integrations belong to an environment. Set one up in test mode first and try it with a test order.
